焦锑酸钠生产工艺研究

Research on the Production Technology of Sodium Pyroantimonite

文章主要论述了双氧水氧化法、空气氧化法、钾盐法、氯化法等方法生产焦锑酸钠的反应原理、主要工艺,并对各工艺作了综合评述,目前生产上主要以双氧水氧化法和空气氧化法为主,双氧水氧化法成本较高,空气或氧气氧化法具有成本低的优势,应在缩短氧化时间、降低产品中Sb3+含量上再作深入的研究,以使这一工艺全面走向成熟。

Hydrogen peroxide oxo process, air oxo process, potassium salt decomposition process and chlorination process are investigated in the paper to illustrate the main theory and process of sodium pyroantimonate produc- tion. The primary two methods to manufacture sodium pyroantimonite are Hydrogen peroxide oxo process and air oxo process,and the manufacturing costs of hydrogen peroxide oxo process is higher than that of air oxo process, but the latter should be deeply researched on decreasing the oxidizing time and reducing the content of Sb3＋ in the production to make the process perfect in technical maturity.
