摘要
为改善聚合物锂离子电池正极集流体材料的工艺与电化学特性,研制了一种冲孔铝箔替代传统的切拉铝网,设计的孔位结构满足了聚合物锂离子电池制造工艺过程及集流体孔隙率要求,重点论述了冲孔铝箔研制与生产过程,并提出了新材料对电池工业发展的重要作用。
In order to change the technics and electrochemistry characters of material of positive pole current collectors of polymer lithium - ion battery, a kind of pierced aluminum foils is developed to replace the traditional aluminum net. The structure of the holes meets the need of the manufacture technics of polymer lithium - ion battery and the porosity of the current collector. In this paper, the features of manufacturing the moulds are introduced as the key point. Meanwhile, methods for preventing the dust in the piercing process and cleaning after piercing are proposed.
