试论江都市渌洋湖村农民的增收模式

On the Farmers' Income-increasing Mode in Luyanghu Village of Jiangdu Town

增加农民收入是解决"三农"问题的核心和关键,是社会主义新农村建设的基本出发点和归宿。以江都市渌洋湖村农民增收模式为例,探索从制度和体制上保障农民持续稳定增收,得出以下结论:建立农民合作经济组织,形成自我保护机制;调整农业产业结构,发展现代农业,建立和完善农业产业化运行机制;调整农村经济结构,加快发展非农产业,建立促进农民持续增收的长效机制。

To increases the farmers＇income is the solution to the problem of ＂three agriculture＂ and is the bas- ic starting point and destination of building a new socialist countryside. This article takes the farmers＂ income -increasing mode in Luyanghu Village of Jiangdu Town as an example and explores from the system and structure to ensure the farmers＂ sustained and steady income -increasing. Then it concludes as follows： estab- lishing the farmers＇cooperative economic organization to form the self- protection mechanism; adjusting the agricultural industrial structure and developing modern agriculture to establish and improve the operational mechanism of agricultural industrialization; adjusting the rural economic structure and speeding up the devel- opment of non - agricultural industries to set up the persistent mechanism to promote the farmers＂ sustained in- come increasing.
