摘要
改变传统的制备苯甲酰氯的方法,以甲苯为起始原料,采用光氯化反应制备三氯甲苯,然后,与苯甲酸在三氯化铁作用下,进行酰化反应制得苯甲酰氯的新的工艺路线。此路线反应时间短,易控制,产品质量好,收率达93%以上,原料消耗低,适用于工业化大生产。
Instead of the traditional synthesis process of benzoyl chloride and taking toluene as starting material, benzotrichloride is prepared through photochloration. Then acylation is conducted with benzotriehloride and benzoic acid in the presence of catalyst to get benzoyl chloride. This technological route is characterized by short reacting time, easy control, lower cost for raw materials, higher yield of about 93 % and high quality of product, which is suitable for industrialized production.
