摘要
提出了在中小型水电站水轮机调速系统中,用电磁球门组成的脉幅调制式的电液断续控制系统,来取代传统的调速器电液连续控制系统是可行的.分析了该电液断续控制系统具有抗污染能力强,可靠性高,无零位漂称,稳态精度高;结构简单,标准件化程度高;系统可直接与计算机接口;造价低廉等主要性能特点.
This article points out that the PAM electrohydraulic intermittent control system composed by electromagnetic ball valves can substitute for the traditional electrohydraulic continuous control system (which is mainly consisted of the electrohydraulic servo valve and themain distributed valve). It analyses its main performence characters of the electrohydraulicintermittent control system, such as super against contamination, high reliability, no zerodrift, high stability precision, simple construction, highly used standard unit, capacity beendirectly interfaced with conputer and cheap etc.
