职业教育“就业导向型”人才培养模式探讨

Analysis of the Employment-oriented Talent Training Mode in Vocational Education

职业院校普遍存在毕业生就业难的问题,其原因在于职业院校的专业设置不合理、教师队伍素质有待提高、学生实践能力差、缺乏创新意识与合作精神,毕业生数量增长过快也是一个重要因素。构建"就业导向型"人才培养模式,就要科学地进行专业设置及课程设置,加强师资队伍建设,加强就业指导队伍建设,强化实践教学环节,提高学生心理素质。

This article discusses the employment problems of graduates in vocational institutes.It analyzes the current situation and reason of the employment. It propose the specific rmeasures for the proposed construction of the employment-oriented talented persons training mode through analysis of the current the reasons for difficult employment situation for graduates of vocational schools.
