According to the experience of converter applied to Angang bar rolling mill, through theoretic analysis and practical application, the paper summarized the methods to sovled the normal problem which in the process of installation, adjustment and application. It also discussed the way to solve problem when converter appli- coted in different environment and diversified troubles. Meanwhile it listed the regulation of parameter when the converter in the different load. It is deserving reference in production.
