摘要
简要介绍了电磁发射拦截系统的组成,分析了拦截弹发射器的工作原理,建立了拦截弹发射器的三维模型和三维有限元模型,对驱动线圈进行了磁-结构耦合分析,并对驱动线圈结构参数变化引起的拦截弹所受电磁力的变化情况进行了仿真,得到了驱动线圈匝间距变化和截面高度变化对拦截弹所受电磁力的影响规律。
In this article ,the makeup of the electromagnetic launching interception system (EMLIS) were briefly presented, the working principle of the interception projectile launcher (IPL) in the EMLIS was also analyzed. A 3D model and a 3D finite element model ( FEM ) of the IPL were set up. The magnetic - structural coupled analysis of driven coil was accomplished and the changing of electromagnetic force acting on interception projectile caused by the structure parameter changes of driven coil was simulated. The law of electromagnetic force acting on the interception projectile was obtained.
