摘要
本文介绍的水翼船翼柱自位球轴承动载模拟试验机由加载、回转振荡、摇摆振荡、润滑及自动控制等5个系统组成,可用于水翼船翼柱自位球轴承改进设计与材料代用的研究。
This paper introduces the research and development of a new type of dynamic simulating test machine for self-algning ball bearings ofhydrofoil kingpost.This machine is composed by five main parts,i.e.,loading, turning oscillation, swinging oscillation,lubrrcating systemand automatatic control system.It can be used in design improving and material replacing of self-aligning ball bearing of hydrofoil kingpost.The working principle,structural characteristics of the machine,the loading system and the design of a large scale static pressure ball bearingare discussed in detail.
