两种检测肺炎克雷伯菌生物膜方法的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的银染法与半定量结晶紫染色法检测临床肺炎克雷伯菌株生物膜的敏感性与特异性比较。方法对经Vitek-2鉴定的150株临床肺炎克雷伯菌临床分离株进行生物膜形成实验,分别经银染和结晶紫染色,再随机挑选20株进行扫描电镜检测。结果150株肺炎克雷伯菌中银染法生物膜检出率为38.7%。其敏感性为83%,特异性100%。半定量结晶紫染色法10株菌中生物膜检出率为45%。其敏感性100%,特异性79%。两种方法的检出率无显著性差异。结论银染法和半定量结晶紫染色法均可用于生物膜的检测。 Objective To compare the sensitivity and specialties of AgNo3 staining and half mensurable crystal violet staining for detecting blofilm-producing strains of clinical klebsiella pneumoniae isolates. Methods Biofilm assay of 150 clinic k. pneumoniae isolates with the AgNO3 staining, half mensurabal crystal violet staining and 20 strains were chosen stochastiely for scaning electron microscope assaying.Results There were 38.7% and 45% strains can form biofilm by AgNo3 staining assay and half mensurabal crystal violet staining assay,respectively. The biofilm-produeing rate is not significantly different between these two methods. The sensitivity of AgNo3 staining and half mensurabal crystal violet staining is 83% and 100% respectively, And the specialties of these two methods is 100% and 79% respectively. Conclusion AgNo3 staining and half mensurabal crystal violet staining both ean be used to detect biofilm.
