印度经济特区布局及其利用外国直接投资特征

Characteristic of Geographical layout of Special Economic Zone and Utilization of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in India

本文首先探讨了印度经济特区的地理布局特点,进而分析了印度利用外国直接投资的规模,直接投资来源地区结构,利用外国直接投资的行业结构和国内地区结构,以及这些结构特点对印度经济发展所起到的显著作用;并分析了《经济特区法案》在实施过程中被投机商钻了空子,严重侵害了农民的土地权益,从而产生了负面影响。指出印度的经济特区与中国经济特区的发展速度相比,其发展结果与设想的目标存在差距,这需要印度政府进一步改善投资环境,加大吸引外国直接投资的力度。

At the beginning of new century, the Government of Indian puts forward a formal concept of ＂special economic zone＂, revises police of imports and exports, and opens blue light to establish of ＂special economic zone＂. Since special economic zone in china achieve remarkable success, lots of economist of India advise buiding the special economic zone according to the Chinese pattern, so that it could promote and increase foreign trade. Based on above , author discusses characteristics of geographical layout of special economic zone and analyzes scale and structure of utilization of foreign direct investment （FDI）, structure of different trades and domestic regional of utilization of FDI, and their outstanding function with developing production and bring about prosperous economy in India .Furthermore, Special Economic Zones Act was made favourable to opportunist in enforcement, and opportunist seriously infringed the land rights of peasants and had a negative effect. Then author points out the pace of development of special economic zone between India and china, and there was a wide gap between expanding effect and goal envisaged in the programmed. It needs the Government of Indian have a better improving the investment environment and strengthen attracting foreign direct investment.
