鼻咽癌患者疾病不确定感与社会支持相关性分析

The Relationship among Medical Uncertainty,Social Support in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients

目的:探讨鼻咽癌患者的疾病不确定感状况和社会支持之间的关联。方法:采用便利取样方法,用Mishel设计的由台湾许淑莲教授翻译成中文的住院患者疾病不确定感量表(MUIS);用肖水源设计社会支持评定量表,对60例符合鼻咽癌诊断的患者进行测量。结果:鼻咽癌患者的疾病不确定感属于中等程度,疾病不确定感、与社会支持之间存在显著负相关。结论:护理人员重视鼻咽癌患者疾病不确定感,提供有效的社会支持,以提高其生活质量。

OBJECTIVE： This study tried to find out the relationship between the medical uncertainties and social supports in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （ NPC ） patients. METHODS： We examined 60 NPC patients by the convenience sampling method. Our study used the Medical Uncertainty Inventory Scale （MUIS） designed by Mishel , which was translated into Chinese by Professor Xu Shulian in Taiwan, and the Social Support Inventory Scale designed by Xiao Shuiyuan. RESULTS： The medical uncertainty of NPC patients is in the media level. It is negatively related to the social support.CONCLUSIONS： Nurses should attach importance to the medical uncertainty of NPC patients and give effective social support, in order to increase their life qualities.
