Determination of paeoniflorin in Shengbai Lotion by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC法测定升白合剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：Alltech C18柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-水（27∶73）;流速为1.0 mL.min^-1;检测波长为230 nm。结果：以高效液相色谱法测定,芍药苷进样量在1.043～8.344μg范围内的线性关系良好（r=1）,平均加样回收率99.3%,RSD为0.8%（n=6）。结论：本法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shengbai lotion. Method： Allteeh C18 column（ 150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） and a mixture of methanol-water （27： 73） as the mobile phase was adopted. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the UV detdetion was set at 230 nm. Results ： There was a good linear relationship （ r = 1 ） when paeoniflorin was between 1. 043μg and 8. 344 μg. The average recovery was 99.3% and RSD was 0.8% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate, simple and reliable. It can be used as the quality control for the Shengbai Lotion.
