摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定升白合剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Alltech C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(27∶73);流速为1.0 mL.min^-1;检测波长为230 nm。结果:以高效液相色谱法测定,芍药苷进样量在1.043~8.344μg范围内的线性关系良好(r=1),平均加样回收率99.3%,RSD为0.8%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shengbai lotion. Method: Allteeh C18 column( 150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and a mixture of methanol-water (27: 73) as the mobile phase was adopted. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the UV detdetion was set at 230 nm. Results : There was a good linear relationship ( r = 1 ) when paeoniflorin was between 1. 043μg and 8. 344 μg. The average recovery was 99.3% and RSD was 0.8% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and reliable. It can be used as the quality control for the Shengbai Lotion.
