"首问责任制"就是接待来访、解答疑问、塑造形象、创建和谐的制度。力戒社会"浮躁"现象的蔓延,创建和谐后勤、和谐校园,需要推行"首问责任制"。凭借后勤人的思想觉悟、道德修养、经营能力、管理水平、社会交往等方面的综合素质,推行"首问责任制"一定能取得较好实效。
First Advisory System is a new system, whose functions include receiving visitors, solving problems, building the image and creating harmony. To prevent the spread of flippancy phenomenon in society, to create the harmonious logistics and campus, it is essential to implement the First Advisory System. With the combined high quality of the staff in ideological consciousness, moral cultivation management ability, and social intercourse, implementing the First Advisory System will achieve good results.
