摘要
在新闻出版单位实施人才战略,必须通过强化对领军人才的培养和完善人才队伍培训体系来完善人才培养机制;以设置挑战性的岗位,提高薪酬、福利,构建企业文化,拓宽选聘渠道等方式创造吸引人才的条件;同时通过完善管理体制、建立激励机制、引入竞争机制、建立内部"跳槽"制度、分析盘点现有人员等措施建立有效的人才使用机制。
News publishing units in the implementation of the human resources strategy must perfect the personnel training mechanism by strengthening the leading talents and improving the system of personnel training, attract talents by setting up challenging posts, raising salaries and fringe benefits, building corporate culture, and widening hiring channels, and simultaneously establish effective mechanism of the use of personnel by improving the management system, establishing a mechanism of motivation, introducing the competition mechanism, establishing internal switch system, and making an inventory of the present staff.
