小波尺度空间形状特征提取方法的研究

摘要 基于形状的图像检索技术是基于内容的图像检索技术的一个重要组成部分。现有的形状特征检索技术主要集中于形状特征的提取及相似性度量、形状特征与颜色和纹理特征结合、形状特征与高层的语义特征结合的研究。在分析现有的基于形状的图像检索技术的一些关键技术的基础上,对基于小波尺度空间特征(WSS)的形状检索方法进行了研究,并提出了一些改进算法。 Shape- based image retrieval is an important part of content- based image retrieval. Currently, shape- based image retrieval techneques mainly focus on shape feature extraction and feature similarity evaluation, combination of shape, color,texture features in image retrieval,and combination of shape feature with semantic feature in image retrieval. This paper analyzes some key techonologies of shape- based retrieval, researches work of shape retrieval based on Wavelet Scale Space (WSS)and improves some feature extracting methods.
