Design and Implement of the Locomotive Movement Information Examination System

在DF4B/4C机车原有的机车安全信息综合检测装置的基础上,新增加一套工业控制器及数据采集通道组成机车运行信息实时记录系统,记录机车油、电、水等系统的牵引运用状态,通过在线分析软件或下载后地面分析软件,分析机车运行时的实时工况信息,掌握设备故障的渐变过程和变化趋势,为机车故障处理及进站检修提供依据。

Real -time recording system composed of newly increasing a set of industrial controllers and the data acquisition channel,based on the DF4B/4C locomotive original synthesis detector set of locomotive security information, to record the towing utilization condition of machine oil, electricity,water and so on. By the on- line analysis or downloading ground analysis software, the moving loeomotivers real- time mode information to grasp the gradual changing process and the changing tendency of the equipment breakdown to provide the basis for the locomotive breakdown processing overhaul are analysed.
