水劈核技术在小切口手法碎核白内障手术软核处理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨小切口手法碎核白内障手术软核处理中运用水劈核技术的适应征、并发症及注意事项。方法对20例(20眼)晶状体核硬度为三级以下的小切口手法碎核白内障手术中运用水劈核技术处理软核。结果16例水劈核成功,占80.00%,其中8例使用软壳技术后角膜内皮水肿得到明显控制。结论水劈核技术适合处理硬度为三级以下的软核。选择合适的软核是水劈核成功的关键。注意保护角膜内皮。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy, indication, complication and announcements of the Hydrochop in cases with the soft-nucleus manual small incision cataract surgery (MSICS). Methods Hydrochop to deal with the soft-nucleus of under degree Ⅲ hardness were performed on 20 eyes of 20 cases with cataract surgery. Results Sixteen cases (80%) were succeeded to chop. In the 16 successful cases, 8 cases (8 eyes) were managed by using the the soft-shell technique,postoperative edema of corneal endothelial cells was controlled evidently. Conclusion Hydrochop is fit for the management of soft uncleus under degree Ⅲ hardness. The key to succeed is to choose the soft-nucleus. Protection of the corneal endothelial cells should be done.
