摘要
通过优化培养程序,筛选培养液,以建立适合山羊胚胎体外发育的培养体系(in vitroculture of embryos,IVC)。培养液添加不同成分和不同换液程序的研究表明,在山羊胚胎培养中,基础培养液选用合成输卵管液(synthesized oviductal fluid,SOF)添加牛血清白蛋白(BSA)或胎牛血清(FCS),并采用正确换液程序,即48 h前是SOF+BSA,之后换为SOF+FCS,可获得理想的囊胚率和卵裂率。
This study aimed to establish a suitable culture system for IVC of goat embryos by optimizing culture procedure and screening culture medium. Studies by comparison of sequence of changing media showed that the best cultural system of goat embryos was that basal cultural media used SOF by adding BSA or FCS, and SOF plus BSA in the former stage of 48h and replacing it by FCS hereafter.
