婴儿期遗传性代谢病的临床生化诊断 被引量:8

摘要 先天性代谢缺陷诊断和治疗的一些新进展已经改善了许多种此类疾病患儿的基本预后,因而要求临床儿科医师必须熟悉此类疾病的临床表现。现介绍一些关于辨认临床先天性代谢缺陷的实用方法,讨论一些特异性的实验室指标,给出一些针对严重先天性代谢缺陷患儿的稳定期和急性期的治疗指导方针。以期有助于发现一些患儿,并使他们得到进一步的评估和特殊的治疗。
