神东煤显微富集物与锯末共液化的初步研究

摘要 在450℃下考察了神东煤显微富集物和锯末共液化的规律,结果表明:锯末对神东煤显微富集物转化率的提高无促进作用,相反对沥青烯产率的增加有明显促进作用,对神东煤的富惰质组的促进作用明显优于对富镜质组的促进作用.锯末和神东煤显微富集物的热解特性表明:锯末和显微富集物的热解失重峰没有重合度,这可能是不产生增效作用的原因. Coliquefaction of coal and sawdust at 450 ℃ is investigated. As a result,under the same conditions the addition of sawdust to macerals can not enhance conversion and oil yield of coal. By contrast, it can apparently promote the asphaltene yield and promotion value of rich vitrinite is higher than that of rich inertinite. It is analyzed to be inapparent promotion of coal conversion in coliquefaction. Pyrolysis experiments of maeerals and sawdust are made. The results indicate that active pyrolysis temperature range of macerals and sawdust can not overlap, it may lead not to form synergetic function .
