摘要
为防止固体颗粒堵塞喷嘴及提高燃烧效率,要求煤炭颗粒应达到一定的细度,为此在水煤浆分散细化中引入了剪切技术.研究表明,利用剪切技术对煤粉、添加剂与水进行强化处理,可使浆体获得微观上的混合效果,最大粒径基本能够保证在300μm以下,分散细化具有极佳的效果.
For prevent solid particle to block the, nozzle and to increase the burning efficiency the coal particle must to be a certain disintegrating level. So the shearing technology is in troduced into the CWS's dispersing and disintegrating treatment. Strengthen treatment of the coal powder, additive and water with shearing technology could make the CWS has microscopic mixing effect. The research shows that the dispersing and disintegrating effect of CWS is superior,
