摘要 采用多功能刮铲式高能球磨机对Cu-5%Cr(质量分数)粉末在不同温度下进行了高能球磨,利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究了温度对Cu-Cr粉末机械合金化进程的影响。研究结果表明,常温球磨条件下,Cu-Cr混合粉末难以实现合金化;当球磨罐内温度低于10℃时,Cu-Cr混合粉末形成Cr在Cu中的固溶体。Cu(Cr)固溶体并不稳定,退火状态下,Cr从Cu基体中析出。 Cu-5% Cr powder was milled at different temperatures with a multifunctional high energy mill. The effect of milling temperature on mechanical alloying of Cu-Cr system was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that it was difficult for Cu-Cr mixtures to be alloyed at room temperature. When the temperature in the milling vial was below 10 ℃, Cu(Cr) solid solution formed. However, the solid solution of Cu(Cr) was unstable. When the alloyed powder was annealed, Cr was segregated from the Cu matrix.
