高职教育是我国高等教育新的发展类型,特色是高职教育作为类型发展的重要条件。宁波职业技术学院在特色发展过程中,努力创新办学体制,形成了董事会领导下的院长负责制和委托管理模式,走出了一条自我发展之路。同时,学院还积极探索拓展办学资源,构建互惠双赢的工学结合的人才培养机制,在实践中形成具有自身特色的"三方联动、三位合一"的高职教育模式,提升了学院服务区域经济的能力。
