结合PLC和触摸屏,设计了微机化、网络化变压器冷却器控制系统,其性能优于传统控制系统,可以完成包括运行操作、联锁保护、功能优化、数据管理和远程通信等多项功能。文章提出了控制系统硬件平台的设计方案,归纳了系统的各项控制功能,并详细分析了控制系统的实现方法和关键技术。

Using PLC and touch screen,a digitalized and networked control system for cooling system of large scale transformer was designed,which is superior to the existing system. These functionalities such as monitoring and operation,interlocking and protecting,function optimization ,data management and remote communication were all implemented in the new system. The system＇s hardware design scheme,the control functionalities,the implement method and the key technology were analyzed in the paper.
