介绍了精密和超精密加工技术各主要领域国内外的最新进展。提出应重视精密加工的研究和加大投入,加速提高我国的精密和超精密加工技术水平。
The latest developments in main areas of precision and ultra-precision manufacturing technology at home and abroad were introduced. It was proposed that we must pay great attention to the research of precision manufacturing technology and increase investments in this field to make our country＇ s precision manufacturing technology have a great improvement.
