摘要
基于CAD模型测量是坐标测量的发展方向,特征模型不仅包含了确定的几何形状信息,还包含了尺寸公差、形位公差、粗糙度以及工艺信息等各种属性。本文结合PowerINSPECT测量软件阐述基于特征模型实现自动检测涉及的关键技术,并对数模导入、对齐定位、编制检测程序、公差评估等多个方面进行了论述。
Measm-ing based on CAD model is the direction of the development of coordinate measuring. Feature model includes not only precise geometry information, but also tolerances of dimensions, tolerances of shape and position, roughness and technology information etc. By means of PowerINSPECT, this paper expatiates the key technique of Automatic Measuring of Coordinate Measuring Machine Based on Feature Model, And discusses importing digital model, alignment and position, measuring programme, and evaluating tolerances.
