摘要 总结了国家863课题"旋转导向三维可控钻井技术研究"的研究工作进展及其在现场试验情况,根据旋转导向钻井技术方面的技术特点,开展了旋转导向偏心工具及导向机构、钻井液脉冲器,井下测量数据传输技术,随钻地质参数测量技术,井下钻井工程参数测量技术4个方面的关键技术研究,研制出了旋转导向钻井工具系统。通过室内模拟试验,验证了该工具系统设计原理的合理性。陆地和海上油田的钻井试验表明,在井斜约60°的大斜度稳斜井段,井斜控制和方位控制都满足控制要求;采用旋转导向钻具组合提高了钻压,最高钻压可达240kN。为"十一五"期间旋转导向钻井工具系统的进一步完善和应用奠定了坚实的工程化基础。 The research on the national 863 study project-study on the rotating navigation 3D controlled drilling techniquesand its field test are discussed. According to the technical characteristics of the rotating navigation drilling, four key techniques are studied, including the rotary navigation eccentric tool, the mud pulser and the transmission technique of the downhole measurement data, the measurement technique of the geologic parameters while drilling, the measurement technique of the downhole actual drilling engineering parameters. The rotary navigation drilling system with independent intellectual property right is developed. Through a lot of lab simulation test, the designing principle of the system is verified. Drilling test in onshore and offshore oilfields shows that the deviation and azimuth control of the system meets the requirement when the deviation is about 60°. The drilling pressure is increased by using the rotary navigation bottomhole assembly (BHA). It can reach as high as 240 kN. This lays a solid engineering basis for the further improvement and application of the rotary navigation drilling system during the 11 th Five-Year Plan period.
