摘要
附加流速法是适应于深水井控的一种新压井方法。针对深水钻井和井控的特点,对附加流速法的整个压井过程进行详细研究,推导出要实现安全压井所需要满足的不等式方程,并在此基础上建立目标函数和约束条件,应用非线性规划理论,结合现场深水井实例,给出最优循环流速及附加流速比的计算方法,为深水井控的压井施工提供理论依据。
Additional flux is a novel killing method suitable for deepwater well control. In response to the characteristics of deep water drilling and well control, this paper studies in detail the whole well killing process with additional flux, and deduces the inequal- ity to achieve safe killing operation also. On this basis, objective function and constraint condition are developed, the calculation method of optimal circulation velocity and additional flow rate ratio is obtained with integration of nonlinear programming theory and field case. The paper provides theoretical basis for actual well killing operation of deepwater-well control.
