摘要 采用薄层层析法鉴别丹参提取物中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA;采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参酮提取物中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的含量。在TLC色谱中检出隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA,具有较强的专属性鉴别作用;高效液相色谱法中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA分别在3.880~38.80μg/mL(r=0.9999)、4.408~44.08μg/mL(r=0.9999)、3.996~39.96μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好。丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的平均回收率分别为95.44%(RSD=1.75%)、97.59%(RSD=1.03%)、97.07%(RSD=1.60%)。该法简便、准确,可用于丹参提取物的质量控制。 The qualitative and quantitative of Cryptotanshinone, Tanshinone Ⅰ and Tanshinone ⅡA were analyzed by TLC and HPLC. Cryptotanshinone ,Tanshinone I and TanshinoneⅡA were found in TLC. This method has powerful functiongs for appreciation. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 3.880-38.80μ g/mL (r=0.999 9) for Cryptotanshinone,4.408-44.08 μg/mL (r=0. 999 9) for Tanshinone land 3.996-39.96 μ g/mL(r=0. 999 9) for TanshinoneⅡA in HPLC. The average recovery of Cryptotanshinone was 95.44%, (RSD=1. 75%),Tanshinone Ⅰwas 97.59% (RSD=1. 03%) and that of Tanshinone ⅡA was 97.07% (RSD=1. 60%) This method is simple,accurate and reliable for the quality control of Salviae miltiorrhizae extracts.
