摘要
以具有腋芽的嫩茎为材料,对孩儿参组织培养及无性系建立进行了研究。结果表明:1/2MS+BA 0.1 mg/L+IAA0.1 mg/L是诱导孩儿参腋芽生长的理想培养基;MS+BA 0.4 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L是孩儿参不定芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+IAA 0.4 mg/L是生根培养的理想培养基;河沙和炉灰渣是试管苗移栽的理想基质。
A study on the teehnique of tissue culture and establishment of asexual system of PseudosteUaria heterophylla was conducted by the tender stem with axillary bud as material. The results indicated that the ideal medium for induction and differentiation of buds from stein segments were 1/2MS+BA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.1 mg/L and MS+BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, respectively. The medium of 1/3MS+IAA 0.4 mg/L was suitable for root growth. River sand and slag was the optimal medium for transplanting the tube seedling.
