天津市转基因食品标识现状调查

Investigation on Labeling of Genetically Modified Food in Tianjin

为了解天津市市售食品转基因生物产品标识的基本情况,按照农业部第一批实施标识管理的农业转基因生物目录,对天津市14家大型超市的114种产品的转基因标识情况进行了专项调查,结果显示在被调查的食品中有24种进行了转基因标识,9种进行了非转基因标识,转基因产品标识率为21.05%,非转基因标识率7.89%。同时调查中还发现,转基因标识方法存在很大差异,而进行非转基因标识的生产企业大多未经过非转基因IP认证。今后国家应加大对转基因和非转基因食品标识的监察力度,提高转基因和非转基因食品的标识率,维护消费者对转基因食品的知情权和选择权。

To understand the status of genetically modified food labeling in Tianjin, according to category of agricultural genetically modified organisms under the labeling system by the ministry of agriculture, the status of genetically modified food labeling of 114 kinds of food from 14 large-scale supermarkets were investigated. The results showed that there were 24 kinds of food with genetically modified food labeling and 9 kinds of food with non-genetically modified food labeling in the survey report. The labeling rate of genetically modified food and ram-genetically modified food were 21.05% and 7.89%. At the same time the survey also found that labeling method had a big difference between genetically modified food and non-genetically modified food. The enterprises using non-genetically modified food labeling had almost not third-party certification. In future, the government should strengthen the supervision level of genetically modified food and non-genetically modified food labeling, so as to protect consumers right to know and choose on transgenic food.
