Comparison and evaluation on competence for emergency response in local organizaions of disease control and prevention in Tianjin

目的比较和评价天津市各区县疾控机构的突发公共卫生事件应急能力,分析应急能力建设中存在的问题。方法复习文献法、头脑风暴法和综合评分法。结果区县疾控机构的突发事件应急能力仍存在一定差距,并且参差不齐,差别主要表现在"专业技能"和"组织管理"方面。

Objective To contrast and evaluat the emergency capability of local organization for disease control and prevention in tianjin, and analyze questions in it. Method Literature,idea storm,grade was reviewed synthetically. Result There is some shortage in emergency capability,and unbalance among these organizations. Technique and team management are main factors.
