摘要
目的初步建立信息系统对公共卫生实验室管理业务支持能力的评价指标体系。方法通过与公共卫生实验室管理业务相关机构需求方的面谈和问卷调查,获取系统功能、业务流程现状,按优先级、难度和风险3个维度对公共卫生实验室管理直接相关的需求进行分析,再根据未来需求特征对信息支持能力进行综合评价。结果分析得到4大类32项主要公共卫生实验室管理功能需求。初步建立了8个维度5个层级的能力评价指标体系。结论通过对样本信息管理、标准维护、样本追踪、质量控制、数据处理、检验报告、设备/用品管理、系统间信息共享及交换等8个方面进行评分,可有效评价公共卫生实验室管理信息系统的业务支持能力和成熟度,为信息系统的现状评估和差距分析提供参考标准。
Objective To preliminarily build a system of indexes evaluating information system's supporting ability in public health experiment management service. Methods Interviews and questionnaires study on the demand side of the public health experiment management service related institutions were conducted to acquire system function and current situation of service circuit , which were then analyzed at the respects of priority, difficulty and risk; composite evaluation of information supporting ability was done according to future demand characteristics. Results In all 32 items, 4 types of main public health experiment management function demand were obtained and a system of ability evaluation indexes was preliminarily founded, with 8 dimensions and 5 hierarchies. Conclusions A comprehensive scoring system considering 8 respects, that is. sample information management, standard maintenance, sample tracing, quantity control, data process, report examination, equipment management, and share and exchange of information between systems, could effectively assess the supporting ability and maturity of information system in public health experiment management service and provide reference for evaluating the current situation and doing disparity analysis.
