摘要
土地开发整理项目绩效分析是土地开发整理研究的重要内容,本文运用定量方法,从经济效益、社会效益、生态环境效益3方面,探讨建立一套具有可操作性的量化土地开发整理项目绩效评价指标体系,为土地开发整理项目的绩效分析提供依据.
Performance analysis is important in the study of land development and consolidation projects. An evaluation indicators system of performance in projects of land development and consolidation is examined by the means of quantizing such indexes as economic, social and environmental benefits, which may provide a gist for the performance analysis in such projects.
