摘要
目的探讨整合素β1(integrin β1)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与输卵管妊娠的关系。方法选择输卵管妊娠组25例、正常输卵管组27例及正常宫内早孕组28例,采用免疫组织化学染色技术及半定量病理图像分析系统检测输卵管妊娠黏膜组织、正常输卵管黏膜组织及正常宫内早孕子宫蜕膜组织中整合素β1和基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达。结果整合素β1和MMP-9在正常宫内早孕组中表达最强,在输卵管妊娠组中的表达较强,在正常输卵管组中表达较弱。三组两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整合素β1和MMP-9都参与了输卵管妊娠的过程。
Objective To explore the relationship between integrin β1 and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and tubal pregnancy. Methods Expression of integrin β1 and MMP-9 in oviductal mucosa in tubal pregnancy group( n = 25) and normal oviduct group( n = 27), and decidua tissues in early pregnant group( n = 28) was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the data were analyzed by semi-quantity pathologic image analysis. Results The positive expression of integrin β1 and MMP-9 in tubal pregnancy group was significantly stronger than that in normal oviduct group, but weaker than that in early pregnant group ( P 〈 0.05). Condusion Integrin β1 and MMP-9 may take part in the tubal pregnancy.
