Effects of electrical parameters on the microstructrue of microarc oxidation ceramic coatings on aluminum alloy

摘要 采用微弧氧化技术,利用Na2SiO3-NaOH-(NaPO3)6溶液,在LY12表面形成了微弧氧化陶瓷层.研究了微弧氧化电参数:电流、占空比、频率对陶瓷层的生长速率、组织形貌的影响.结果表明,大电流密度虽有利于陶瓷层生长,但不利于致密型陶瓷层的制备;占空比和频率对陶瓷层生长速度无明显影响,但占空比越小、脉冲频率越大,陶瓷层表面形成的微孔也较小,陶瓷层较为致密. Ceramic oxide coatings were formed on aluminum alloy surface by Microarc Oxidation(MAO) in Na2SiO3-NaOH-(NaPO3)6 solution. The effects of electrical parameters such as current, duty cycle and frequency of power on growth kinetics, microstructure of the coatings were studied. The results show that with current increasing, the growth rate of the coatings increases, but the surface morphology becomes coarser. The duty cycle and frequency have little effect on growth kinetics. However, with duty cycle decreasing or frequency increasing, the surface morphology becomes more compact.
