摘要 通过文献法、访谈法和比较法对本科生导师制的实施困境进行调查分析.认为本科生导师制在我国高校存在着缺少优秀导师、缺乏完善的考核与激励机制、思想认识不足、无法形成长效机制等发展难题.因此提出广大师生与高校管理者必须齐心协力,通过观念革新与制度创新探索出与新时期发展相适应的本科生导师制. The developmental dilemma of the tutorial system for undergraduates is studied with the methods of literature research, comparison and interviews. The study finds out such problems as a severe shortage of qualified tutors, ineffective system of assessment and incentive, inadequacies in understanding, difficulties in establishing a long-term mechanism. To put the system into full play, therefore, the combined efforts should be made to implement it in new ways.
