跨国经营企业外派管理人员甄选方法探析 被引量:3

摘要 伴随全球经济的发展,跨国经营企业对外派人员的需求量日渐增加,选择合适的外派人员已成为决定跨国经营成败的关键影响因素。为此,跨国经营企业外派人员的甄选要从具体需求出发,分析外派人员的外派模式和来源,从而制定出外派人员甄选的标准,并提出相应的甄选方法、选择方案、应注意的问题以及自己的学术主张,以期能为跨国经营企业外派人员的选择提供有益的参考。 With the development of global economy, multinational enterprise's demand for dispatched personnel gradually increases. Selecting suitable dispatched personnel has been a key influencing factor which determines the success of the operation of multinational enterprises. For this, the selection of dispatched personnel must meet a specific demand, and the mode of being dispatched and the source of dispatched personnel must be analyzed, and a standard of selecting the dispatched personnel should be laid down. Moreover, the approach, the plan of selection and the problems need paying attention to and individual academic arguments should be put forward, in order to provide a beneficial reference for multinational corporations" selection of dispatched personnel.
