摘要
上海浦东新区和天津滨海新区先后被批准为国家综合配套改革试验区,两地区具有不同的开发历史及经济特征,对比两者在综合配套改革过程中的不同之处,具有一定实际意义。对比两者开展综合配套改革基础条件的差异,对两者综合配套改革进行比较和分析,借鉴浦东新区的主要经验,有助于滨海新区的综合配套改革。
Pudong new area and Binhai new area are approved to be the comprehensive supporting reform pilot zones, and the two areas have different characteristics of history and economy of development. My paper compares the difference of comprehensive supporting reform of Pudong and Binhai new areas, has practical meaning to some extent. Comparing the discrepancy of basic conditions of carrying out comprehensive supporting reform, I make a comparative analysis. Drawing the lesson from major experience of Pudong new area is instrumental to the comprehensive supporting reform of Binhai new area.
