摘要
闲暇生活与职业生活紧密相连。把生活的情趣同教育工作的严肃性和神圣感对立起来显然是不对的,事实上它们是一枚硬币的两面,它们互相扶持,互相温暖,互相润泽。教师的成长,不仅是作为职业人的成熟与发展,更是作为人的成熟与发展,是作为教师存在的个体生命的不断发展与完善,也是教师生活品质的提升与生命空间的延展。教师一切有益的闲暇生活是自我成长的根基与土壤。教师丰富的生活,就是学习的智力背景。这个背景越丰富,学习起来越轻松。没有一定生活底蕴的教师,即使再"专业化"也无法持续地成长。
Leisure life is closely linked with professional life. It is obviously incorrect to think that the spice of life counters the solemnity and sacred feelings of education. In reality, they are two sides of the same coin, supporting, warming and polishing each other. Teacher development refers to the maturity and development of human beings as well as practitioners. All teachers" beneficial leisure life is the foundation and soil of self-growth. Teachers without colorful and rich life basis have no ways to develop continuously even if they are highly specialized.
