摘要
目的分析早产儿常见治疗措施。方法对2002年1月-2007年12月我院儿科收治的40例早产儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果40例患儿经治疗36例痊愈出院,治愈率达90%。结论重视监护、保暖,同时呼吸支持、预防感染、出血,治疗黄疸是治疗早产儿成功的有效措施。
Objective To analyze the common treatments of premature infants. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of premature infants accepted in paediatric department from January 2002 to December 2007 were reviewed. Results Among the 40 patients, 36 recovered and were discharged. The cure rate was 90%. Conclusion Intensive care and warming, respiratory support, prevention of infation, bleeding and jaundice treatment are effective measures for treating premature infants.
