摘要
自理论界提出和致力于"三农"问题的研究以来,解决中国"三农"问题的基本思路就成为热点问题。根据各种基本思路的性质与方式,可以将这些观点划分为不同派别,其最有代表性的观点是"城市派"和"农村派",而最有创造性的观点则是"文化派"与"非市场派"。它们对于在新时期解决"三农"问题,无疑具有不容忽视的指导意义。
The studies about the solutions to the problems of ＂Agriculture, Villages and Farmers＂ have been a hot issue since the issues were proposed and studied. According to the different characters and methods of the studies, we divide them into several groups： the most representative ones are ＂city school＂ and ＂village school＂; and the most innovative ones are ＂culture school＂ and ＂non-market school＂. All the studies provide significant contributions and guidance to the solutions of the problems in a new period.
