癫痫儿童的行为状况调查研究

The Study on Behavior Status of Epileptic Children

目的探讨癫痫患儿的行为改变特点。方法使用儿童行为量表(CBCL),对48例6～11岁、病程超过6个月的癫痫患儿及50名健康儿童进行对比评估。结果患病组儿童在交往不良、抑郁、多动、攻击性、强迫性、分裂样、体诉、社交退缩、违纪等行为问题9个因子分数上均明显高于正常组儿童(P<0.05),而在活动能力、社交能力及学校情况3方面得分均显著低于正常对照组儿童(P均<0.01)。结论癫痫患儿行为存在多方面的异常,其社会适应能力明显降低。

Objective To study the behavior characteristic of epilepsy - suffered children.Methods The Achenbach（Child Behavior Checklist）were used to evaluate the behavior characteristic in epileptic children.48 children suffered epilepsy more more than half year were selected as experimental group, whose age were 6 to 11 years. The comtrol group（50 healthy children）was match for age, sex, education level with the experimental group. Results The scores of behavior problem in experimental group were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0.05） ;The scores of the ability in social adaptation in experimental group were all significantly lower than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The ability of social adaptation in epilepsy - suffered children is worse, who are apt to appear behavioral disorder, so the psycho - behavior intervention is necessary.
