摘要
针对改扩建期间高速公路的特点,利用均衡系统最优原理,建立了以路网总行驶时间最小、以通道内的流量为约束的模型,给出了求解步骤,并以西安—宝鸡高速公路改扩建工程为例进行实例分析。研究结果表明:基于均衡系统最优的高速公路改扩建交通分流方法,能有效缓解改扩建路段的交通压力,并能最大程度地利用现有的道路资源,使高速公路扩建对区域社会经济影响降低到最低限度。
Using the optimum theory of a balanced system with the characteristics of highway during the reconstruction period, the model with the minimum whole traveling time of a network is developed under the condition of channel flow. The expressway fromXi＇an toBaojiis taken as an example to varity the model. The results showed that： the traffic diversion method can reduce the traffic pressure effectively, the existing road resources can be utilized to the greatest extent, the influence of reconstruction on society and economy can be minimized. 1 fig, 7 refs.
