摘要
对废旧电视机塑料外壳进行红外光谱分析,得出塑料的主要成分为聚苯乙烯;用热重法研究了其热解反应动力学,确定了动力学参数,得出废旧电视机塑料外壳热解反应大体可以分为3个阶段:低温阶段(质量损失率10%~20%)、中温阶段(质量损失率30%~70%)及高温阶段(质量损失率80%~90%)。低温阶段废旧电视机塑料外壳的活化能在150kJ·mol^-1左右,可认为是零级反应;中温阶段其活化能在200kJ·mol^-1左右,可认为是一级反应;高温阶段活化能显著增大,而且随着质量损失率的提高,反应偏离一级反应的程度越大。
Polystyrene was confirmed to be the main component of the waste TV plastic shells (WTVPS) by IR spectrometry and the kinetic parameters were obtained for the pyrolysis kinetics of the WTVPS by thermogravimetric method. Accordingly, the pyrolysis reaction of the WTVPS could roughly be divided into three stages: low temperature stage(mass loss rate of 10%- 20% ) , medium temperature stage ( mass loss rate of 30%- 70% ) and high temperature stage ( mass loss rate of 80% - 90% ). At low temperature stage, the activation energy of WTVPS was found to be about 150 kJ·mol^-1, the reaction could be termed as zero-order reaction; at medium temperature stage, the activation energy was about 200 kJ·mol^-1,termed as first-order reaction; but at high temperature stage, the activation energy increased significantly, and the extent of the deviation from the first-order reaction increased with the increase of mass loss rate.
