摘要
应用电镜观察比较模拟低温对不同种源杉木叶绿体超微结构的影响,结果表明:低温对杉木叶绿体超微结构有不同程度的影响,杉木叶绿体能抵御4℃低温.在-10℃温度下,叶绿体结构受到损伤或破坏,但不同种源抗寒性不同,其种源抗寒性排序为:安徽休宁种源>湖南会同种源>广西贺县种源.
Effects of microtherm on chloroplast ultramicrostructure of different provenance Chinese fir have been observed under the tramsmission electron microscope. The results indicate that effects of microtherm on chloroplast of Chinese fir are great. The chloroplasts of Chinese fir can resist temperature of 4℃ However, under 12℃ below zero, chloroplast ultramicrostructure is destoried but cold resistances of different provenance Chinese fir are different. Their cold resistances are in sequence of Xiulin provenance>Huitong provenance>Hexian provenance. The results are helpful for selection and introduction of Chinese Fir provenance.
