在介绍住宅建筑外窗传热特点的基础上,研究了外窗材料对节能性能的影响,从建筑朝向、窗墙面积比、窗的开启方式、传热系数、外窗气密性等方面阐述了外窗特性对住宅建筑能耗的影响,同时提出了住宅建筑外窗的节能途径。

Based on introducing heat characteristic of residential building out-window, it studies the influence of out-window material to saving energy functions expatiates the influence of out-window functions to residential building energy consumption from some factor, such as building orientation, heat modulus, opening manner of windows and out-windows gas tightness, etc, puts forward the saving energy ehannel of residential building simultaneously.
