在对一个大型国有投资集团属下的14家国有全资和控股企业职工董监事现状调查的基础上,就如何充分发挥职工董监事的作用进行了思考,以规范和推进我国的现代企业制度建设,促进企业的健康发展。

Based on the present situation investigation of the workers, the director and the supervisor of 14 state-owned enterprises and the state holding enterprise of the large state-owned investment group, the author think about how to play a role of the workers, the director and the supervisor to regulate and promote the construction of the modern enterprise system and promote the enterprises＇ healthy development.
