指出工程项目变更是不可避免的,从工程决策、立项、勘察设计及实施各个阶段,就如何加强工程项目管理进行了深入探讨,以使工程变更处于受控状态,保证工程项目的顺利进行和工程投资的合理性。
The paper points out that the modification in the engineering projects is unavoidable, explores how to strengthen the management in engineering projects from the project decision, the project approval, the survey, design and implement, in order to make the project modification stay in the controlled condition, to ensure the smooth engineering projects and the rationality of the project investment.
